Hosted in vibrant Frisco, Texas, this year’s convention promises to be our most dynamic yet — an unforgettable opportunity to connect, learn, and lead as we shape the future of community colleges across Texas.

Network, Collaborate, and Inspire

The TCCTA Annual Convention is more than an event — it’s a statewide gathering of ideas and energy. Engage in meaningful dialogue with colleagues from the 50 Texas community college districts, discover best practices, and build connections that last well beyond the convention. Share your experiences, learn from peers, and strengthen the professional community that makes Texas a leader in two-year education.

We are pleased to offer a service designed to enhance the registration process for attendees of the TCCTA convention. Under this procedure, you will inform your faculty that their registration fees for the TCCTA convention will be covered by the college. When registering, their member accounts will be appropriately noted, and no fees will be required at that time.

Prior to the convention, your office will receive a list of members from your college who have registered, along with an invoice for the corresponding registration fees. Invoices are due prior to the convention’s start date and no refunds are possible.

The registration fees for the 2026 convention in Frisco are as follows:

$195 for TCCTA Members (Full-time and Adjunct)

$240 for Non-TCCTA Members

As we do not have a mechanism to verify whether a member from your college is authorized to attend the convention, the invoice will include registration fees for all TCCTA members (full-time or part-time; faculty or administrator) who register from your college, unless alternative arrangements have been made with TCCTA in advance. The college will be billed and expected to pay for any pre-registered attendees, regardless of their attendance.

If you choose to utilize this service, we kindly request your cooperation in reminding your employees that the college will cover only the registration fees, and individuals are responsible for their own TCCTA membership dues.
