Faculty Fellows: $620
TCCTA’s Faculty Fellows program is designed to support the next generation of community college faculty leaders across Texas.
Created for faculty in their first five years of teaching, the program helps emerging leaders build confidence, strengthen professional connections, and better understand the broader issues shaping higher education today.
Through statewide leadership development, Faculty Fellows gain insight into advocacy, institutional engagement, student success, and the evolving role of faculty leadership on campus and beyond.
TCCTA is proud to continue investing in new faculty who show strong potential to lead, collaborate, and make a meaningful impact at their institutions. We hope your college will nominate a promising faculty member for this year’s Faculty Fellows class.
College Presidents and Faculty Associations should contact the TCCTA State Office to enroll two faculty members! Include their Faculty Fellows Enrollment form, Curriculum Vitae or Resume, and a recommendation letter from President or Supervisor.

The Faculty Fellows Program helps new community college educators develop as confident, effective leaders. Through hands-on training, mentoring, and collaboration, Fellows gain the skills, connections, and inspiration to advocate for their students and shape the future of higher education in Texas.
