Leading from the Middle – Event Announcement
We’re excited to share that plans are underway for our upcoming event, Leading from the Middle.
This event is designed to support and equip individuals who lead from within their colleges—those who influence, guide, and make an impact without always being in top leadership roles. Participants can expect meaningful conversations, practical strategies, and opportunities to grow their leadership capacity.

Division chairs, deans, IT directors, professional development coordinators, librarians, and student success directors—Leading from the Middle is designed specifically for mid-level administrators at Texas two-year colleges.
Attendees gain leadership and communication tools, policy updates, and strategies for navigating challenges unique to their roles.
